Horizon 3023 is currently under construction in the Western Metropolitan Region, 28 km to the west of Melbourne CBD.
Horizon 3023 is an urban industrial development within the Melton City Council Municipality, constructed on behalf of Dexus Property Group - one of Australia’s largest developers. The industrial estate borders Caroline Springs Train Station and covers around 80ha in total.
Scope of works for the project included an upgrade of the existing Palm Springs Road; including but not limited to earthworks, stormwater drainage and pavement re-construction, as well as the construction of a new subdivision, consisting of earthworks, stormwater drainage, water reticulation, sewerage reticulation, electrical reticulation and pavement construction.
The build of stage 1 is currently nearing completion. Through successful navigation of a particularly wet summer, we were awarded the stage 2 contract – with the commencement of stage 2 works imminent. Stage 1 of The Horizon 3023 development has proven a solid foundation for a prosperous relationship with client, works’ authorities & consultants.
