Overview

Green Link Estate, acquired by ESR Australia July 2020, The site will be developed into a premium-grade logistics hub with an expected end value of circa A$450 million. The site is ideally situated to service the growing, affluent population of South East Melbourne, and to take advantage of the strong demand from users across the south-east.

Scope

Rokon have been awarded the bulk earthworks package for the 79ha site.

Stage 1 & 1A Highlights:

• The project involved earthwork for cut and fill, sewer installation, water supply, council drainage, and Melbourne Water drain construction.
• Other tasks included Melbourne Water road crossing, electrical/NBN trenching, kerb and channel construction, as well as footpaths, driveways, and carparks.
• Pavement construction and asphalt surfacing were also significant components of this stage.

Stage 2 & 2A Highlights:

• This stage encompassed earthwork for cut and fill, reticulated sewer and branch sewer installation, water supply, and Trility water main construction.
• The project also included council drainage and Melbourne Water drain construction.
• Electrical/NBN trenching, kerb and channel construction, footpaths, driveways, and carparks were part of the work.
• Additionally, pavement construction and asphalt surfacing were undertaken.

Stage 3 & Eastern Waterway

We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the tender for the Green Link Estate Eastern Waterway and Green Link Stage 3, the next stages of the Green Link community development project. This achievement follows our successful completion of stages 1 and 2, and we are honored to continue our partnership with our client, ESR Group. Work is already underway on site for both stages, with significant progress being made.
