Overview

Rokon have been contracted to complete the premium grade staged bulk earthworks for this future industrial development. The Troups Road Logistics Estate offers convenient access to the Western Freeway and direct links to the M80 and Deer Park Bypass. In addition, this project is located in close proximity to the new developing estates in Mt. Atkinson and future railway lines between Caroline Springs and Rockbank Railway Station. Targeting a 5 Star Green Star Design rating, this new development aims to create over 1,000 job opportunities within the West with 2 sustainable, high-quality warehousing spaces varying from 24,000sqm to 54,000sqm. In addition, an open plan two level office space is planned to be integrated as well as direct access to Leakes Road which connects the site to the broader arterial network.

• Fill of 115,000 cu.m
• Removal and disposal of excess materials (provisional quantities): topsoil- 53,500 cu.m; Rock- 30,000 cu.m; unsuitable/screened material 15,000 cu.m.
