Lifestyle Estate is Retirement Village which will feature a Homeowners’ Clubhouse and 5 star resort facilities for anyone over the age of 50.

Scope

Rokon were engaged to carry out the Greenfield civil works at Lifestyle Estate stages 1-3 medium density subdivision, consisting of 140 lots as well as a council road. This contract included the bulk earthworks, asphalt roadworks and stormwater drainage in addition to all the new services required to service the new homes.
