Meet Maja, a driven and hardworking member of our team. We recently found her in a 6.0m deep pit where she was fearlessly assisting in installing a GPT pit on one of our sites. During Maja’s time as a labourer, her growing passion for drainage has become unmistakable and is reflected in the outstanding quality of her work.

Maja’s journey with Rokon began because of our reputation for prioritising employee well-being. Transitioning from a background in traffic control, she sought a new challenge and the opportunity to learn and grow in a different field. Embracing the physical aspect of working outdoors, Maja thrives in her role as a labourer.

For those embarking on a career in civil construction, Maja’s advice is invaluable: never shy away from asking questions, embrace the hands-on experience, and wholeheartedly commit to learning. On weekends, Maja cherishes time with her close-knit family and finds joy in the outdoors, often spending time with her beloved dog and turtle.
