Ooranya Estate for TCG is one of our many projects which showcase our unwavering commitment to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.

Having been on this journey since 2020, we’ve laid the groundwork, quite literally, for the Ooranya Estate community. Here’s the latest:

·      Stages 9B & 16A: Council PC approvals secured on 30/08 and 26/10, respectively.
·      Stages 12B & 4C: Watermain and electrical works completed. Class 3 layer and footpath development now underway.
·      Stages 14A & 15A: Footpath works in progress, electrical cable pulls anticipated in November. Base courses laid down.
·      Patterson Road North: Council PC approved in September, and road now open to the public.
·      Lewis St: Capping layer completed with 1800 tonnes.

Our journey in building the Ooranya Estate has been immensely rewarding, and we remain excited for what’s ahead. A huge thank you to our teams for their dedication and hard work!
