The team at Windermere Estate have continued their progress, in particular the Ison Road/ Plane Avenue Intersection: Just one of many areas the team are working on across Risland’s multi-stage development!
Works undertaken include:
- Over 15,000 m3 of cut/ fill works completed in this portion
- Over 600 lm of drainage works
- Over 6,000 tonnes of asphalt
- Over 15,000 tonnes of pavement materials
- Over 2,000 lm of kerb concrete works
- Over 300 m3 of concrete pedestrian and bicycle path
- Installation of electrical road crossing over 3m depth under twin 1200mm drainage line
A big shout out to UCS (Electrical), Downer (Asphalt) and Healeys Infrastrucure (Traffic Signals) who assisted us in reaching practical completion a few weeks ago.
