Overview

Amaroo Business Park is a new industrial development located off the Hume Highway in Craigieburn, Melbourne.

The estate is close to key transport infrastructure, providing easy access to Melbourne’s CBD and Tullamarine Airport.

Scope

• Rokon has acquired additional scope from LOGOS, which includes the following:
  • Currently constructing retaining walls that surround three sides of the Amazon warehouse pad, which can get up to 5m high.
  • Plus, 3 additional pads.
    • Pads for warehouses 3&4
    • Pad for warehouse 10
  • Amaroo Road – Stage 1
    • Construction of the east-west connector road for business park access
    • Construction a Temporary Outfall Water Basin.
  • Amaroo Road – Road Upgrade
    • Upgrade of Amaroo Road including installation of services.
      • Works are to be completed around existing overhead and underground assets in which Rokon have prepared specific safety control measures to complete the works in a safe and timely manner.
