Overview

Balmoral Estate, located in the heart of Melbourne’s West near Rockbank and Caroline Springs, will provide close to approximately 500 lots. It is 26ha with three schools framing its borders and is only 40km from Melbourne’s CBD.

Scope

Rokon has been engaged to complete the early earthworks package for Stages 1 and 2. These include drainage, sewer, gas main supply connections and associated infrastructure works to 68 lots as part of Balmoral Estate.

Work started in May 2021 and will be completed in early 2022, with further stages expected to be developed within the coming year.

Outcome

Rokon has been working closely with our client, stakeholders, council and service authorities to ensure we continue to deliver quality work. To keep the momentum ongoing, we work closely with the consultants to explore cost-effective solutions in all aspects of construction.
