Overview

Situated at 120 Northcorp Boulevard in Broadmeadows, the property offers easy access to Melbourne’s key transport network like the Western Ring Road, Tullamarine Freeway and the Hume Highway interchange, as well as the Victorian Government’s planned North East Link.

The former Woolworths distribution centre will be transformed to deliver more than 120,000 square metres of modern, high-quality logistics assets within the renamed LOGOS Broadmeadows Logistics Estate.

Rokon commenced works on the delivery the new industrial subdivision March 2021. With a focus on sustainability, all existing concrete structures were demolished and sent to Alex Fraser recycling plant – the same plant which Rokon procured the road base materials and drainage backfill material from, ultimately meaningful material recycling.
