Overview

Emerald Park Estate is currently under construction in the Western Region which is half an hour away from the CBD. Stage 23 & 25 are the final 2 Stages to wrap up Emerald Park Estate for Corcoris Group.

Scope

Rokon has commenced on the construction of Emerald Park Wetlands to cater the outfall of the whole of Emerald Park Estate. This Wetlands spans across 2.6 ha with approximately 70,000 cu.m of rock excavation and the installation of 2 GPT Gross Pollutant Trap Units. Shortly after the commencement of the outfall, Rokon was awarded a Civil Subdivision package for Stage 23 & 25. Building near existing live assets has proven to be a challenge but our hardworking team has overcome this barrier by following procedure correctly and efficiently.

Scope of works include:

• Earthworks – 36,076 Sq.m
• Sewer – 898 Ln.M
• Drainage – 930 Ln.M
• Pavement materials – 6,500 T
• Concrete pour – 315m3

Outcome

The project works is currently underway. Rokon has a good relationship with the client and has strived to work hard despite the complexities in the project scope.
