Lifestyle Estate is Retirement Village which will feature a Homeowners’ Clubhouse and 5 star resort facilities for anyone over the age of 50.

Scope

Rokon is engaged to carry out the Greenfield civil works at Lifestyle Estate stages 1-3 medium density subdivision, consisting of 140 lots as well as a council road. This contract includes the bulk earthworks, asphalt roadworks and stormwater drainage in addition to all the new services required to service the new homes.

Outcome

This build is currently underway and through our dedication to the project and ability to work through any issues whether it be design or otherwise Rokon has produced close working relationships with our clients, stakeholders and authorities.
