Overview

Scope

This project is split into a number of separable portions. Western Drainage section requires construction of 1200mm drainage line adjacent to a recently constructed hardstand, Having to work along with the builder has restricted our work area, however works are progressing. Rokon are happy to report that the interim works are now complete 4 months ahead of program. This is a great outcome for our client. Final piece of this drainage is to connect into the existing waterway. This will introduce other restrictions and hazards which we will need to address. Final connection to the MW waterway is scheduled to be completed in early 2025.

Outcome

Client was happy with the early completion allowing their tenant for Warehouse 1 able to occupy in line with their agreement. Warehouse 2 is also ready for occupation.
